The Kia vehicle is running on numerous electrical systems all of which are absolutely functional. Each of these systems in the automobile have their own purpose and here we take a look at those uses.

System operation

Ventilation

Set the air intake control in the car to the outside (fresh) air position. Set the temperature control to the desired position. Set the fan speed control to the desired speed.

Heating

Set the mode to the position. Set the air intake control of the Kia Dealership Houston to the outside (fresh) air position. Set the temperature control to the desired position. Set the fan speed control to the desired speed. If dehumidified heating in the Kia vehicle is desired, turn the air conditioning system (if equipped) on. If cool air is desired at face level for bi-level operation, set the mode to the position. If the windshield fogs up, set the mode to the position.

Air conditioning (if equipped)

All Kia Air Conditioning Systems are filled with environmentally friendly

Start the engine of the vehicle. Push the air conditioning button. Set the mode to the position. Set the air intake control to the outside air or re-circulated air position. Set the temperature control knob to the desired position. Set the fan speed control in the automobile to the desired speed. Adjust the fan speed control and temperature control to maintain maximum comfort. If warmer air is desired at floor level for bi-level operation, set the mode to the position and adjust the temperature control to maintain maximum comfort. When maximum cooling is desired, set the temperature control in vehicle to the extreme left position, set the air intake control to the re-circulated air position, then set the fan speed control to the highest speed.

When using the air conditioning system of the Used autos for sale, monitor the temperature gauge closely while driving up hills or in heavy traffic when outside temperatures are high. Air conditioning system operation of the vehicle may cause engine overheating. Continue to use the blower fan but turn the air conditioning system off if the temperature gauge indicates engine overheating. When opening the windows in humid weather air conditioning may create water droplets inside the vehicle. Since excessive water droplets may cause damage to electrical equipment, air conditioning of the vehicle should only be run with the windows closed.

Air Conditioning System

When the performance of the air conditioning system in the vehicle is reduced it is important that the correct type and amount of oil and refrigerant is used. Otherwise, damage to the compressor and abnormal system operation may occur. When the amount of refrigerant is low, the performance of the air conditioning is reduced. Overfilling also has a bad influence on the air conditioning system of the automobile.

Manual climate control system

To defog inside windshield of the vehicle, select any fan speed except "0". Select desired temperature. Select the position. The outside (fresh) air position is automatically selected. If the outside (fresh) air position is not selected automatically, press the corresponding button manually.
